At Genesis Gymnastics, we offer recreational classes for boys and girls ages, 1 - 17 years old!
If you or your child are unsure about taking gymnastics classes for the first time, we offer $5 one time trial classes. All you have to do is call, direct message, or stop by and we can get you started!

Our Classes:
Recreational Gymnastics
(Girls ages 5+) (1HR)
Monday - Thursday afternoons at 3:30 and 4:30
Monday Evenings at 5:30
Wednesday Evenings at 5:30
Saturday Mornings at 9:30, 10:30, AND 11:30
Our girls' recreational gymnastics class at Genesis Gymnastics will focus on developing fundamental skills on all four events—vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise, all while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination through fun drills and expert coaching
Recreational Gymnastics
(Boys ages 5+) (1HR)
Monday and Thursday afternoons at 3:30 and 4:30
Saturdays at 9:30 and 10:30
Our boys recreational gymnastics class at Genesis Gymnastics will focus on building essential skills across all six men's events—floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar—while enhancing strength, agility, and coordination through dynamic drills.
Kinder-Gym (Boys and girls Ages 3-4) (45 MINS)
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 3:30 or 4:15
Wednesdays at 3:30pm
Saturdays at 9:30am or 10:15am or 11:45am
This includes mini gymnastics stations where tots can begin to explore gymnastics on all four events of gymnastics at a safe height! A great place to get ready for big kid gymnastics.
Mommy N Me Class
(Boys & Girls Ages 1-2) (45 MINS)
Saturday 11am-11:45
Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Thursday 5:30pm-6:15pm
Our Mommy N Me program at Genesis Gymnastics offers a fun, interactive experience where parents join their children in playful circuits, games, and activities designed to develop motor skills, balance, and coordination in a supportive and engaging environment

Genesis Gymnastics is offering tumbling classes that are specifically tailored to the cheerleading community. This class will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mastering essential tumbling skills like aerials, tucks, and handsprings through progressive drills and instruction. Great for off-season cheerleaders!
Strength & Conditioning
(Boys and Girls ages 5+) (1 HR)
Wednesday 3:30Pm
This includes a full hour of conditioning for both strength and endurance. Participate in challenging obstacle courses. rigorous training and intense full body conditioning!
